Terms and conditions of the CHRISTMAS PROMOTION WITH CODE SANTA

§ 1. General provisions

  1. CHRISTMAS PROMOTION WITH CODE SANTA is valid in the online store Guliwerkids.pl until January 2, 20245 at midnight .
  2. The promotion applies to all products available in the store, including discounted items.
  3. The promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes.

§ 2. Promotion rules

  1. Customers can take advantage of the promotion by entering the discount code “BLACK” when placing their order.
  2. The discount is -60% on the second cheaper item in the order. The discount is calculated automatically after adding two products to the cart.
  3. When buying four products, the discount applies to the two cheapest, and when buying six products, the three cheapest. The discount increases proportionally to the number of items purchased and is always calculated from the cheapest.

    • Here are updated examples where the promotion is 50% off the second product (lower priced) :

      Example 1:
      Purchase of 2 products: Product A for PLN 100 and Product B for PLN 50. The discount on Product B is 50% of its price, i.e. PLN 25.
      The amount to be paid is: PLN 100 + PLN 25 = PLN 125 , and the discount is PLN 25 .

      Example 2:
      Purchase of 4 products: Product A for PLN 100, Product B for PLN 50, Product C for PLN 30, Product D for PLN 20.
      The discount is 50% on the two cheapest products:

      • Product D: 50% discount of PLN 20 = PLN 10,
      • Product C: 50% discount of PLN 30 = PLN 15.

      The amount to be paid is: PLN 100 + PLN 50 + PLN 30 + PLN 10 = PLN 190 , and the discount is PLN 25 .

      Example 3:
      Purchase of 6 products: Product A for PLN 100, Product B for PLN 50, Product C for PLN 30, Product D for PLN 20, Product E for PLN 10 and Product F for PLN 5.
      The discount is 50% on the three cheapest products:

      • Product F: 50% discount of 5 PLN = 2.50 PLN,
      • Product E: 50% discount of 10 PLN = 5 PLN,
      • Product D: 50% discount of 20 PLN = 10 PLN.

      The amount to be paid is: PLN 100 + PLN 50 + PLN 30 + PLN 20 + PLN 10 + PLN 2.50 = PLN 212.50 , and the discount is PLN 17.50 .

§ 3. Returns

  1. In the case of a product return, discounts will be canceled proportionally. In a situation where a Customer has purchased 6 products with a discount and then returns 3 products, it is treated as if they had returned all purchased products. The remaining 3 items will be re-charged as if a new order had been placed, and the difference will be refunded to the Customer.
  2. In the event of the return of products covered by a discount, a new discount calculation for the remaining products will be made based on current prices without taking into account the previous discount.

§ 4. Final provisions

  1. The terms and conditions of the promotion are available on the store's website.
  2. The store reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion during its duration.
  3. Participation in the promotion is tantamount to acceptance of the regulations.
